Thanks to being the Dominant of Bahamut (and his tattoo), Dion has control over light powers. He has several attacks that can be used in both forms for massive damage.
⯌ Bahamut Priming
Dion can both prime completely and partially as Bahamut. Like the rest of his cast, his full prime is presently roughly the size of a soccer ball. Partial priming gets him patches of scales and some glowing turquoise highlights.
⯌ Dragoon Lance
Dion is a trained dragoon, he has exceptional jumping abilities and attacks, blending his light magic in with his dragoon attacks to cause AOE damage. He's proficient with a lance.

Dion would be incredibly surprised and mildly uncomfortable. He won't stop anyone from touching him, he's just not used to it. Casual touch and hugs are the kind of thing he hasn't really had much of.

Dion's canon includes a lot of dark themes such as slavery and sexual assault, and while his story doesn't revolve around those, he is tangentially related to those themes. In his story, he's dealing with bad familial relations, murder, conquest, combat, overthrowing the government, war and trauma due to being controlled against his will - and the destruction he wrought. He is also dying slowly, thanks to the curse of using magic.
